Like every Nigerian, or perhaps let me say like ‘most’ Nigerians, I love my protein; and having several ways to make them more spicy, delicious and in different ways is always what I look out for.
Today, we would be looking at how to make home-made Asun (peppered goat meat).
While I am a fan of goat meat stew, sometimes, you just want to eat it as a finger food; and no better way to have it that the ‘Asun’ way.
Asun, however, is one of those few proteins that you feel is best done in an outdoor environment with a grill and all; but SisiYemmie to the rescue. Lol.
She shares this home-made recipe and since I tried it, I haven’t had the nudge to buy Asun ever again.
It is a 10/10 recipe.
