The Future Awards is a ceremony to celebrate great young minds between the ages of 18 and 31 from various sectors.

Another lesson I learnt is that there is no short cut to hard work. These ladies alongside with their male winners in other sectors put in work of years.

Keep working, and one day it will all make sense.

Don’t forget that It always ends in praise. If you are still complaining, it isn’t the end yet. Keep the process going.
