I have been wanting to make my own ayamase stew for sometime now.

And yes, I have eaten it a couple of times, but never attempted to make it just because I can’t stand the process of bleaching palm oil.

However, in recent times, the ayamase stew I have been buying or tasting insults my cooking skills, so I’m just going to make enough to freeze for life… Lol

Ayamase stew is eaten with a type of rice called ofada rice; smaller and smells different than the normal rice.

I already have my ofada rice; just to make this stew ooooo… Lol
